
Since doing this I have kept an eye on the available disk space and it seems to have solved the problem - it's not going up on it's own anymore! I have not used Photoshop in some time, but all the files have today's or yesterday's date on them.

The asl files within it all seem to be Photoshop related and there is one file called StoreData. I now have the temp folder on my desktop - which I presume I can delete?
